Took a week off from my work before the shutdown and went to Japan (to get a haircut at my regular place). Probably the most expensive haircut I had over the years ๐

Still working as a validation engineer.
Currently in shut-down period where no one is working. Basically 2 weeks of free vacation.
We will be busy once we get back. Letโs enjoy the silence now but be prepare for the storm.

Thereโs this thing called NVIDIA GeForce NOW. Basically a cloud gaming where you can use their server and their spec instead of your own machine.
I tried playing POE with their free tier in my MacBook Pro laptop. It seems working pretty good. but it kinda gets laggy when tons of mobs get spawn. I wonder if this will get resolved if I try paid options ๐ค
I mean do I really want to play games though.

I upgraded the plan from Free to Ultimate (GeForce RTX 4080) which was $10 for sale; $20 original (I used the free cash I got from my work!).
It works like a charm. I donโt see any difference from playing POE from the windows gaming laptop I bought and returned couple months ago.
Only bad thing is I canโt do AFK because it will disconnect the session. But everything is very smooth!
